Please watch this help video in full before attempting to create an account or join the MVT.


If you are an existing MVT member you MUST use your name as it is printed on your MVT membership card when creating your account and when linking to an existing account using the link card or it will show an error message.
Please note the email address and Post Code you use to set up your Sentinel account must match the ones you have previously provided to the MVT. If you need to update your email address or Post Code please ring our telephone helpline 0333 321 8977 before attempting to create an account, otherwise it will show up as an error message.
